Our systems will be down on November 7th beginning at 5pm PST.
We will be performing server maintenance on Sunday, November 7th, 2021 beginning at 5pm PST. All systems will be unavailable for approximately 4 hours. This includes It’s Me 247 online banking, mobile banking, text banking, and CU*Talk telephone banking. Our debit, credit and ATM cards will be using offline limits for the duration of the down time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
What this means for our members
While our systems are down, you will not be able to access online banking, mobile banking, text banking or CU*Talk telephone banking. You will have limited access to your United Trades FCU ATM, credit and debit card(s).
If you have a United Trades FCU ATM, credit or debit card
All cards will use offline limits for the duration of our down time. The chart below shows offline limits for each card type and transaction type. These limits are the maximum total amount you will be able to use your card for, regardless of the available balance in your account.

When our systems come back online, daily limits will revert back to normal.
NOTE: A very small number of our cards have a $0 offline limit. If you have a $0 offline limit, the credit union would have previously notified you of this. Cards with a $0 offline limit will not be approved for any transaction while our systems are down, regardless of the available balance in your account.
