You can temporarily lock/unlock your credit, debit or ATM cards from the Manage My Cards section of our mobile app (click the More button).
Once your card has been locked from further transactions, you can fill out our online secure form below to dispute specific transactions or report fraudulent activity on your debit, credit or ATM card. Then you can use our Reorder a Card form to request a new card.
